Staying 'InTouch' at LHS

InTouch Communications

At Little Heath School we use an electronic communication system called 'InTouch' which allows us to keep our Parents & Carers up to date with everything school related with emails and text alerts.

ParentMail

In order to make life as easy as possible for our parents, we use the online payment system, ParentMail.  When your child starts at the school you will be sent an activation email.  You will need to set up your account, if you have more than one child attending Little Heath School or any other school using ParentMail, you can combine the accounts to make it easier.

ParentMail will enable parents to pay for school meals in the canteen, various school activities, trips, events, equipment and revision materials.  Parents can monitor what their children are eating and how much they are spending on a daily basis at the schools catering facilities.

Please note that at Little Heath School we only use ParentMail as a payments system, we do not currently use the other features such as Communication or Parents Evening at this present time.

If you have any questions or queries, please contact Finance at finance@littleheath.org.uk or to access the ParentMail Website please click here: www.parentmail.co.uk

Satchel One

Satchel One (sometimes referred to as Show My Homework) is our main method for setting homework. Students and parents/carers will receive a login at the point you join the school. You can see what homework has been set, how long it should take, the submission date and any resources required. As a parent/guardian, we suggest you check the website regularly to keep an overview of the homework that has been set.

We also use the Satchel One Behaviour App to allow you to view and be notified about your child’s praise, behaviour and sanctions. Please ensure you are registered with the app and notifications are turned on.

Keeping Equipped

The Little Heath School Resources department is easily accessible to students who are able to purchase necessary stationery essentials for school life. You can find Resources on floor 3 of A Block, by the central stairwell.

Stationery packs, calculators and gum shields can also be purchased directly via ParentMail for the student to collect from Resources.

Art equipment can also be purchased through the Art department directly.
