Staying 'InTouch' at LHS
At Little Heath School we use an electronic communication system called 'InTouch' which allows us to keep our Parents & Carers up to date with everything school related with emails and text alerts.
In order to make life as easy as possible for our parents, we use the online payment system, ParentMail. When your child starts at the school you will be sent an activation email. You will need to set up your account, if you have more than one child attending Little Heath School or any other school using ParentMail, you can combine the accounts to make it easier.
ParentMail will enable parents to pay for school meals in the canteen, various school activities, trips, events, equipment and revision materials. Parents can monitor what their children are eating and how much they are spending on a daily basis at the schools catering facilities.
Please note that at Little Heath School we only use ParentMail as a payments system, we do not currently use the other features such as Communication or Parents Evening at this present time.
For students working from home during COVID-19 School Closure
To access school emails from home you will need to go to outlook.office.com and log in using your email address and password.
Your email address will be your school login with @littleheath.org.uk on the end i.e. email@example.com
Your password will be the same as the one you use to log into computers in school. If you don’t know your password please contact your tutor who will then contact UKN to get it reset.
All relevant staff email addresses can be found on the school website under the 'contact' tab.
The Little Heath School Resources department is easily accessible to students who are able to purchase necessary stationery essentials for school life.
However, "Exam Packs" can be purchased directly via ParentMail for the student to collect from Resources. The contents of the pack are as follows:
