ARBOR PARENT APP
Starting from the May half-term, the following information will be recorded on Arbor, our new management information system, and will no longer be available on Satchel One:
- all House points and behaviour points;
- any teacher narrative about the points;
- detention notifications and information.
Additionally, you will be able to view your child's timetable and attendance records on Arbor. You will also be able to report a student’s absence from school using the App. Please note that Satchel One will still be used for homework assignments.
To facilitate this transition, we kindly ask all parents/carers to download the Arbor Parent App. Instructions for downloading and using these apps can be found here (Parent App) and, if students wish to also download the app, here (Student App).
More information was sent home to all parents/carers recently. See the full letter here: LHS Arbor App letter - May 2025
ATHLETICS CLUB
Fundamental Fitness
From Monday 2 June, Fundamental Fitness will be running an 8-week athletics club after-school, focussing on athletics, speed and agility.
The club will help students in all key stages who are keen to have a go at a range of athletic events and train towards school competitions and sports day. It is also an ideal opportunity for Sport Studies and GCSE PE students to develop their techniques and improve performance scores in athletics.
Fundamental Fitness has strong links to Reading Athletics Club as most of their coaches also coach there, so it is a good way of transitioning to the Reading club.

CAREERS & HIGHER EDUCATION FAIR, 25 JUNE
Looking for companies to exhibit
We are organising a very exciting Careers & Higher Education Fair for all of our Year 12 students, on Wednesday 25 June, 9am–11am.
We would love to offer access to as wide a range of employers as possible to inspire our students, so if you work for an employer who is able to support this event and provide information for our Year 12s, please contact Mrs Eileen Wooller ewooller@littleheath.org.uk. Students will want to know about the variety of entry routes, training needed and salary expectations.
The Fair will be based in our Sixth Form building. Parking and refreshments will be available throughout the morning. Everyone who attends these events is always so glad that they did; the impact on the students is clear to see, and it's a very rewarding experience. We do hope you can join us.
