ARBOR APP
Parental Communication Survey
We are reviewing parental engagement across the school and would appreciate your feedback on a range of different ways we communicate with you as we put together an improved strategy for next year. In particular, we have recently introduced a new parent and student app (Arbor) to help us monitor and intervene with behaviour. We want to review parental feedback about how effective Arbor is as a way of communicating with you.
Please could you help us by taking a few minutes to complete this online survey: Parental Communications Online Survey. The end date for the survey is Tuesday 22 July. All feedback is anonymous and greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your feedback as we look to improve parental communication and engagement next year at Little Heath.
Mr J Coulson
Deputy Headteacher

School will close at 1:00pm on Wednesday 23 July. Students are free to leave school after dismissal by their tutor at 1:00pm to travel home. However, due to changes in the Reading Buses process, our school buses will NOT leave school until the usual scheduled time of 3:25pm.
For more information about the end of term arrangements, including the food provision, please refer to the email sent earlier this week. Arrangements for the start of the new school year will be communicated separately.
OUT OF HOURS CONTACT WITH SCHOOL
During the Summer Holidays
Most staff will not be checking their emails after 1:00pm on Wednesday 23 July until we return on 3 September 2025, so please do not expect any response after 23 July, and over the summer holiday. The “office” email at Reception and the SMILE wellbeing email will also not be monitored for the duration of the summer break.
As we have done over previous holidays, we wanted one point of call for emergency contact or safeguarding matters that you feel you need to pass on during the summer break. Please note that this email is for emergency or Safeguarding matters ONLY and should not be used for “routine queries”.
This email is: concerns@littleheath.org.uk
This email will be monitored on weekdays until Friday lunchtime over the summer holiday. Please note that the email will not be monitored after 1:00pm on Fridays or at weekends. The email will not be monitored on the August Bank Holiday.
