CHRISTMAS LUNCH
Deadline Monday 1 December

Christmas lunch must be booked via ParentMail. The deadline for payment is 9:00am on Monday, 1 December.

If your child is entitled to Free School Meals and/or Pupil Premium funding, if they would like a Christmas Lunch you will still need to ‘order’ this via ParentMail. This item will be shown on ParentMail as a ‘nil value’ purchase but will mean that a meal is ordered for your child.

Online Deadline – Sunday 30 November

A reminder that the closing date for free delivery back to school is Sunday 30 November.  This only applies to any students who attended the 'catch up' session on Friday 7 November. Order through the Tempest website using your unique link that was emailed to you, or if you have received paper order forms, visit www.tempest-orders.co.uk

24 DAY CHRISTMAS WELLBEING CHALLENGE
Tellmi

This Christmas season, Tellmi is launching a 24 Day Christmas Wellbeing Challenge designed to help young people feel better, connect more, and explore coping techniques. 

Each day, students can take part in a small, simple task that encourages kindness, reflection, and connection. Students can join the challenge by simply downloading the Tellmi app for free and navigating to the Directory section of the app.

Available every day, including Christmas Day and evenings, Tellmi provides a safe, moderated space for young people to share how they’re feeling and get support from peers and professionals.

LANTERN MAKING WORKSHOP
Saturday 29 November

Greenham Community Centre is hosting a free lantern-making workshop. The workshop is happening this weekend at the Corn Exchange in Newbury. You can take part on Saturday 29 November, 11.30am–2.30pm (last entry 1.30pm).

Families can drop in and make a traditional willow-and-paper pyramid lantern, ready to carry in the Festival of Light procession in Newbury on Sunday 14 December. No booking needed.

IN PERSON PARENTS' EVENING
Thursday 4 December

The Year 11 Parents’ Evening will be held in person on Thursday 4 December from 4.00pm to 7.00pm in the main A block. This evening will provide a great opportunity to discuss your child's progress with their subject teachers. We encourage you to bring your child with you to the evening so that there is a three-way dialogue between teacher, student and parent/carer.

Appointments can be booked by using the link below until 11:55pm on Sunday 30 November. Unfortunately, appointments cannot be made after Sunday 30 November: Y11 Parents' Evening Online Booking
